Organisation
CDFSN is organised as a public foundation.
CDFSN was established in 2000 by the fifteen local authorities in the county of Vest-Agder by means of a donation of shares in the newly merged power company Agder Energi AS. In December 2002, this shareholding was taken over by Statkraft Holding AS for the sum of NOK 592 million, which after the deduction of various sales costs was injected into CDFSN as basic capital.
